Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Avicenna Innovations. To ensure your orders are processed quickly, packed securely, and delivered reliably, we utilize Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network.

Order Processing

Orders are automatically routed to our fulfillment network and are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

By leveraging Amazon's logistics network, we offer fast and predictable delivery speeds. The following timeframes represent the total "click-to-delivery" time (processing + transit):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.

Note: The delivery speeds above apply to the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or remote locations may require additional transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the total dimensions and weight of the items in your cart, as well as the shipping speed you select.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $299.

Order Tracking

Once your order is picked, packed, and shipped from the fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your delivery status using the provided link. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Fulfillment and Packaging Details

Because your order is fulfilled through Amazon's nationwide network of warehouses, please be aware of the following:

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be stored at different facilities. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship them in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and you will receive a distinct tracking number for each package.

  • Packaging: Depending on the fulfillment center's routing, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded logistics packaging. This is completely normal and ensures your items are protected using industry-leading packing standards.

Address Accuracy and Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Because orders are sent to the automated fulfillment network immediately, we cannot change the shipping address, reroute the package, or cancel the order once it has been submitted.

  • Please note: Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

Delivery Issues

We rely on a highly accurate logistics network, but transit delays or issues can occasionally occur.

  • If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and look around the delivery area before contacting us.

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team at support@avicenna-innovations@com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
