30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Returns requested after this 30-day timeframe will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in its original, unused condition.

• It must be free from any signs of assembly, installation, or wear.

• It must be returned in its original packaging with all included hardware, components, and manuals.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor and logistics required to process, inspect, and restock the product. The 25% fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Items: Any product marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@avicenna-innovations@com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the 25% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
